Regional Support Teams
Our Customer Services Department is aligned into regions focused on customer satisfaction. Each regional team is led by a Customer Service Manager and is supported by Customer Service Representatives, Field Representatives, and a member of the Workscope team all trained to provide answers to all of your service questions. The teams will provide: repair or overhaul quotes for engines, FCUs, and accessories; updates on your project in work; engine, module, FCU, or tool rental; tool orders; and spare parts orders to include standard exchange.

What is the North American Customer Council?
The North American Customer Council consists of a cross-section of customers from the United States and Canada who operate different engine variants and missions. Their primary goal is to represent our customers in North America during interactive meetings that are held twice a year and provide Turbomeca with direct input on products, services and strategic initiatives.

To resolve your problem with minimum lag time, you can count on the Rapid Response Teams based at our Maintenance Centers, which are strategically located near large concentrations of operators. Each center is FAR part 145 certified providing FBO and field on wing support, with levels 1 & 2 maintenance service, parts, and tools. Every center maintains a partnership with Turbomeca, undergoes extensive Turbomeca training, is given up to date technical and commercial data, and adheres to yearly operational and quality audits.
